Default B4 equiptment on a T4. Widened buggy?

I prefer the buggy look, and I was wondering if I put a b4 body/wing/wheel combo on, would it handle any differently? For the better? For the worse? The idea of a widened buggy seems appealing to me...

In the J82 upgrade/mod, I see that it provides new links. Are they longer? Can I use my lunsford and stock links ?
