My wife makes a wicked egg sandwich, with an english muffin, chedder cheese, brown sugar ham or bacon with some franks red hot.

can people enlighten me on what an english muffin is? no one can tell me, and I have no idea what one is.

I guess we call them english muffin because no one on this side of the pond knew what a crumpet was.
