And, from the pictures it looks good, maybe better than the Academy?

Any idea budget speaking? Where are they going to be sold... ?

Somebody said around 120 on oOple.com...
It seems to be two versions.. one 'pro' and one budget.. but nothing confirmed yet..

himoto are the same people as HSP etc. all those cheap chinese cars you see on ebay? they're made by himoto/HSP.

Been there done that with Himoto stuff.If it turns out to be that Himoto is making these cars for ansmann, I wont touch one if you give it to me.Sucks though because the design looks solid, but if it uses himoto plastics it will be broken more than not.

I think they look good, but only track time will tell. I do like the green bits...

What will kill them is no LHS support. We live in an online support world, but if your LHS/Track doesnt carry parts, it will be relegated to be back of the pack. No one wants to race with the fear of breaking a part and having no replacement available at their fingertips.

I no longer have a locak hobby shop, so all I can do is order things online. But I can still see the on-line shops not having any parts for it.
