Default BEST PRICE FOR A NEW MT2????

I've given up trying to find a used MT2 (complete or roller) on ebay and the forums - they must be so good that people don't part with 'em....

Any idea where I can get the best price on a brand new one?

Thanks!

I have seen a few MT2's on ebay.

Just search for it on yahoo(or similar) and look for the cheapest price. This check ebay. then you LHS, they might be willing to match the best price.

You haven't had the mt that long if you have the mt-2. I have the original mt that I have had for 3 years. Fun truck to bash with.

The baja bug body might fit with some modifications.

The nitro mt is a 4 wheel drive stadium truck and the rc10 gt is a 2 wheel drive stadium truck, so the 2 car are almost uncomparable. I have the original mt and I really like that so the mt-2 has the be even better. The newly designed motor is a big improvement since the original .15 fe was sluggish and a piece of shit. The slipper clutch makes and improvement for jumping the car. The roto-system makes it good for people without a starter box and the aluminum header supposedly adds another 5mph to the top speed. The mt-2 isn't worth buying if you have the original mt. You could just buy the hop-ups yourself which would be a lot cheaper. And if you buy a new engine just get the fantom fr18 and the mt should reach speeds around 50-60 mph. The mt is one of hpi's better rc car kits.

Losifromhell- I wouldn't switch from the mini-t to the rc18t just yet. I am pretty sure a company is making a kit for the mini-t to make is 4 wheel drive. Losi is always a step ahead.

You might have the put longer body posts on your car. It might look stupid if that body isn't designed for the mt

I also had a rush about 5 years ago. It was a piece of $hit. The xxx-nt is so much better. Handles better, more durable, etc.
