What is the best one for under $100 for a brushless 1/8?

Take a look at the Orion servos:

ORI68000 Vortex Digital Servo VDS-2015 (20kg/0.15sec)
ORI68001 Vortex Digital Servo VDS-1007 (10kg/0.07sec)
ORI68002 Vortex Digital Servo VDS-1409 (14kg/0.09sec)

I think they're all under $100.

You can find Hitec 7955 or 5955 < $100. You could also buy the Hobbico CS-170 which is the same as the 5955 (has 333 oz torque). The ACE 90xx models are nice too.
