Default big bore shocks/shocks in gereral question

I only have one visit to the track with these new shocks and one is acting funny.
at first it would bind up and stay closed/compressed after a jump, usually until the next jump. making driving straight very difficult.
now that im looking them at home, that shock has an extreme rebound speed compared to all the others. when you push on it and let it go it flies out as fast as it can. the others seem to pace themselves to extend back.
any idea whats wrong with it?

explain yourself? I would think too much rebound speed would mean overfilled, Not all the oil leaked out. But i could be wrong.

when you go to compress the shock it rebounds very fast, unlike the others who take there time compared to this one.
i opened it up and noticed the eclip came off and parts were floating around inside the shock body. kind of [email protected]#$ for a 50 set of shocks.

^^^ Agree, especially since if e-clip is properly seated, it isn't likely to come off. That one was never done right from the start.
