Default Holmes motors?

Just wanted a few opinions on Holmes Hobbies motors. I'm getting into rc crawling and ordered a P-94 holmes 45T and am sure it is going to be a good choice for my new Losi 1/10th crawler when it gets here in May, but would like some feed back on his motors, everyone talks very highly of his products, what do you guys think? Thanks.

Search for John over on RC Crawler. You will find all he has done for rc crawling, and the motors he supplies.

Rccrawler is where I found Mr. Holmes and nothing but good things have been said about his motors so when he finally got a few P-94 handwounds in I jumped all over it. But found out after I bought one they were discontinued, that got me a little worried about replacement parts in the future even though he said he would continue to stock parts, but for how long?

Crawler motors are not stressed anything like a race motor. The crawler motor last forever. Maybe get a set of spare brushes.

I have a Holmes 35.

I knew that is what I would read. I know I made the right choice and Mr. Holmes has reassured me of this himself. Thanks for the extra opinions fellas.
