You could always try using a drill close the same size as the threads, or slightly bigger. This way when you start drilling the head it will pop off. Then disassemble the unit, heat the remaining screw and grab it with pliers. Should work fine....

Forget the soldering iron. A butane torch will liquefy the loctite to allow you to remove the screw. Also be sure your tool has crisp edges. If not, Dremel off a section or grind down a bit to expose a fresh edge to improve the chances of getting the screw to turn out.

BTW, I notice your servo lead coming out on the saver side, I've always routed mine out the opposite side. Is there a concensus on what works best?

the bolts that hold the servo down are a tad to long they stick out of the back side of the mount? the servo is a savox 12 57

You need to put a spacer on your servo linkage to line it up. I'd also put a plastic spacer in the middle as well (where the thread is showing)

Put a spacer behind the ball stud on the servo horn to make the linkage straight instead of an angle. On the linkage itself put a black spacer in between the two ends.

I run this servo horn from durango, if you get another brand make sure it has zero offset and isn't to long as it will hit the front center shaft.
