Need a shorter sensor wire for the motor and I'll be ready to try my hand at this 4WD stuff on Saturday.

So I've got almost all of the the u-joints in my car and the difference is noticeable in my opinion! Its like having new drive line every time. The front center was the only one that I didn't replace due to it being out of stock on tower when I go thru my car I notice that there is a bit of slop due to wear and that shaft is only about 2 months old! Well aside from praising the new u-joints I had a question about maintenance for them. I've never had u-joints before so I don't know what to do to keep them conditioned. While going thru my buggy I did notice on the rear center drive shaft that it had some redish colored dust which is usually indicative of metal on metal rubbing. Any suggestions on maintenance?

I have seen that red also and it's around the cvd pin and barrel area. Put some black grease on it if you are still using the cvd. I put a little dry lube on the uni.

For the cvd's if you use ae black grease it does stay on the them fine. Boots do help it stay cleaner though. Most bicycle shops carry the dry lube :http://www.finishlineusa.com/product...cants/dry-lube

What shock o-rings are everybody using? Wanted to order some up and noticed they have a few versions. I was going to go with the medium hardness (purple). Please advise....

On another note, I finally ran the prototype in race conditions. Car was awesome! TQ'd all three rounds with the fastest lap time as well! Suffered a servo failure at the end of Q3. Didn't feel like fixing it due to time. I was running a Savox 1258 with no servo saver and it only lasted about 12-13 packs. Gonna order some new gears, and harder rear springs. We're almost there......

I've been playing with anti-squat settings on my car and I was wondering what the consensus is for a low-medium bite track.

Depends, what are you looking for? Less will help with less corner rotation and will increase traction with acceleration. More will make the car rotate and will help with acceleration forward when the tires don't spin.

Tamiya blue X-rings are the best ones I`ve tried. The ones that ends with ...14.

I'm getting one of these. One question, can these be used to play around?? I know it may be an overkill but it looks so darn sexy!
