A lot of the Mod 2wd buggy guys are running 7.5 and 8.5 at my track.

I will start with the 10.5 first off to get the feel. Buy In the past it was not enough to clear the big trippel when it was in my 2wd buggy.

Does this sound like I might wanna go lower turn to you guys?

Thanks much

You get a lot more traction with the 4WD, so it's possible. What ESC are you running? You could always add boost.

I only have the 10.5 motor no Esc except for a rx8 I am going to sell to buy a new "smaller Esc lol. Most likely get a rs pro, so I can keep using my Hotwire, I like my rs in my 2wd. I might try Orion, I have a few friends who love them.

Yes, i could see it working better in a 4wd due to more traction.. I could clear the triple in the past with my 2wd and 10.5 if swung it wide out of the corner and blasted it, but it was faster to double single it. we don't get any bigger jumps than that on the layouts.
I would like to just stick with the 10.5, it's new and won't cost me $$ haha.
Maybe I can boost it

Personally for me, the traction I run on allows me to run a 6.5 with a Tekin RS pro but an 8.5 would be good all around I think.

Default I must part with it.

Well i purchased the dex410v3 3 weeks ago to test it out and see if it was for me. After ALOT of testing, many different setups, and a lose of hair. I have decided the car is just not for me. I am able to run 1.5 sec faster with my old car.
I have purchased a bunch of spares, upgrades for the car. I am looking ot get rid of it asap. If anyone is interested let me know.
I will be taking electronics out of it tonight and preping it for shipping.
PM me if you are interested. I will try and get a pic up tonight.

Thanks for all the help from you guys on the car. I just dont think its for me.

Awesome I go to the Raceway. Unfortunately I broke one of my dex410 driveshafts or I'd let you try it out with a 6.5t motor to see how you liked it.
I think its to much power for the track and 7.5t or 8.5 would work well.

Ive only just started using the hard spring set.. the set before the white "extra hard" series
Think its mainly for the SC trucks etc

The white springs are only used for the 4wd SC truck. They'll fit the buggy but are far too stiff for it.

A couple of posts back you said the buggy was on rails, best 4wd you had ever driven. What happened?
