gonna be way to big. the original 410s wouldnt even fit the 25mm packs without mods. now the newer ones will all fit the 25mm packs which are generally standard.

+1. I have seen the rear diff holder and center motor/spur mount shimmed 1-2mm to allow a slightly bigger pack, but a 31mm pack would be virtually impossible in the standard mounting configuration. You could try standing them up like some are doing with shorty packs in the DESC. Short of that I don't see it working out very well.

Looks good Raul. Picked one up last weekend but haven't been able to meet up with the painter. I'm kinda hoping it doesn't drive better than the Tresrey body- I think the Tresrey body is awesome looking, but ultimately Cush will run the one that drives the best.

Would a 23t pinion be okay paired with a 9.5t 4,400kv motor? And if not what pinion would be a good match?

I run a 25t on my Orion 9.5 VST. No problems, small track 75-100' straight 8 minutes. 150-160 range.

The 21 degree blocks give a smoother steering response - good for high traction tracks to calm the car down.
The stock blocks give 17 degrees - we also have some 19 degree blocks available for a setting between the two.
