Actually you may need need them depending on where you are running the rear camber links in the outer holes on the hubs to clear the inside of the rims.

For those asking about bodies.
Here is the Bugleboyracing body. Hands down the coolest looking body out.

A couple of guys modified that but just doing 2mm + 3mm so as not to make the arm too weak by taking the full 5mm off.
I just read this "mod"... I do have a question?

"Tresrey Japan also used the bent ball cup off a 210 to get some steering back if needed, however its not necessary."

How would the bent ball cup add more steering?

Because of the angle the steering link is, it rubs on the rim at full lock. So the bent rod adds extra clearence for this.

If you move the camber to the farthest hole out on the rear outer hubs, the straight ball cup rubs the inside of the rim at full droop. Using the angled ball cup keeps it from rubbing at full droop. I.E. if you are using Carson Wernimont's setup from OCRC, then the straight ends will rub the inside of your rims.

Quick question, have not run a 1/10 buggy in a long time and unlike a 1/8 there is no front droop screws. Are people using limiters in the shocks or are they not needed ?

I run on astroturf and carpet and use 2mm of limiters inside the shocks. Check the setup sheets on the Team Durango website to see what people are running.
