It is hard to justify spending $40 on the lid, but they generally last a lot longer compared to SCT. The gainbull's cockpit area also has more room so that the body isn't resting on the center slipper.

I finally caved in and put my name on the wait list for Amain hobbies, since they should be coming in "soon".. 
I have seen a few posts in this thread talking about the different preferences for gear diff fluids, and how what works for one person is different for another.
Can someoen kind of give me the cliff notes version on the idea behind having a thicker front or read end fluid (vs the other end), and the idea behind it from a handling perspective? ie, thinner fluid makes the car handle (x way, while thicker fluid has it handle y way, etc.)
I am just trying to get the ideas down b/4 I actually get my car and build it. I am guessing a thicker back end will give the car more push coming out of the corners and have it handle better?
