heres my DEX410R

look at that shock tower

Anyone have any idea where this part goes? I've looked through the manual and can't find anything.

I've also been having alot of trouble fitting in my smc 4900. I measure it and its 25mm so it should fit in

That part is for the front of the battery strap.
(edit: Oops, it's not used on the 410R. Packaging error?)
And, it looks like your diffs are upside-down. Screw heads should be on bottom.

Ok , just started building my DEX410R and it is my first ever 1:10 buggy.

I have bought some DEX410 metal option parts as upgrades and replaced part no 330126 front arm hinge pin retainer with the metal option.

again I have done the same with the front of it and the hinge pins do not fit snug into the eyes, whereas if I used the plastic original parts the hinge pins fit exactly in.

Do i need to replace the hinge pins?

Thanks

If you're using the metal brace you must also use the alloy pivot balls.

How much lighter is the 410r vs. the 410? Can someone post the weight a 410r ready to run.

That is really a beautiful 1/10 buggy. If I were to run 1/10 buggy, I would have to go with the DEX410.

Cool. If it's as good as the other expensive one at a cheaper price it'd be
worth it. I want one. 410R.

Check out the review: http://www.oople.com/rc/photos/review410r/index.html

My first upgrade will be the alloy front suspension block(s), then the rear gearbox supports when the composite ones break.
