I've read of ppl putting losi short packs back there, as far as a long stock pack, no.

Losi wheels fit. If you get the R the only upgrade I suggest as a minimum is the front aluminum hinge pin brace and inner hinge pin pivot balls. Other than that it's really good out of the box.

There's no mod for stick packing the car. To be honest it would hurt the handling if you did.

Saddles are priced reasonably now a days and there are more choices now than ever. I even use my Protek saddles in my stick pack cars since they fit without issue.

go to www.team-durango.com and look there, they have dozens of setups for tracks around the world. asking for a "good setup" is way too general of a question.

I'm looking at getting a DEX410, and the LRP 6.5 is in my wish list on amain.

As far as the diff oils in the kit, do you really need to run 100k/50k? The setups I see on TD's website have 5k/3k, etc. I'm guessing the measurement system of the TD kit oils adds a zero, so it's really like 10k/5k, or 1k/0.5k?

If you r on a budget a castle combo will work just fine. It will take some soldering skills and some work to get it to fit. But if you already have it why not try it out?

Can we start an "official Team Durango DEX410 Tune, Mod, Set-Up" thread? (Links on the first post/page under different categories) I understand the purpose and use of the "search" button but depending on terminology used, that button quickly becomes unused by fellow users. I don't want to start one for lack of experience with this vehicle. But after racing it a few times and figuring out fixes using other parts from other manufactures...I fear the info would just get lost in the 400+ pages.

Or... Instead of starting a new thread...

You guys could make a post that you want me to update the first post on this thread with, and we can keep updating that as we go along.

No reason to trash this perfectly good thread, when I can just edit the first post to mirror the way the other "Guide" threads are done.
