specs on the 410R are up. I really like the transponder mount by the battery.

Not sure about the aluminum shock towers, those would bend first upside down wreck, but do like the plastic sides..more flex!!

You never know the plastics from the high end cars is unbelivable, look at Yokomo. You ever see their cars with alum towers.

What advantage do the gear diffs have over ball diffs?

I always associate gear diffs with Tamiya Frogs or Hornets.

Most drivers will like the gear diffs, they are just like 1/8 diffs but smaller. They are very easy to maintain and bullet proof.

Yes this kit and with it's pricing it means there will be hard times ahead for competition

If you don't like the alu towers you can get the CF ones with moderate cost. Also the car has upgraded driveline for those who do not care or know how to service it. It has gear diffs so full tunability without a fear of slipping, melted plates or anything. Car adapts 25mm LiPo's so you can use those cheapo Chinese stuff as well which lowers the total cost further. Also there is easy upgrade path to full spec if you wish to go that way. Really it's a no brainer why buy some plastic s**t when you can get a real car
