I also bought the 410r while buying a few upgrade parts . Then used the $ I saved to pay for tires and spare parts .

Not true. Now the B44.1 is out, it's got everything you need and it's $20 cheaper than a 410r.

I've got over $150 in extras on my car now, between hingepin braces, aluminum servo saver arm, TI turnbuckles, spring kits and the weight set.

I have been running the Durango 410R for a while. Now and the car works excellent. I have my Tekin RS Pro in with a 6.5 which is more than enough. The only problem I have is the leaking diffs. Even with it leaking it still works pretty well. I have put my own setup on it and the car works incredible at my local track.
Jus wanted to my 2cent.

Default Durango dominance

I have to agree, at our local track Durango's are picking up in popularity. I just assembled mine this week and am turning better lap times than I could with the B44, with confidence and knowing its durability is above the rest. I absolutely love driving this car, as it is so fun to race! We finished last night with Durango's being 1-2-3 podiums in a mixed field of Durango's, B44's and Kyosho's (over 20 cars)!

Yeah, I was concerned about that. Reading PDF Manual last night, I noticed no diff gaskets. Any solution to that ? a little silicon maybe ?

Don`t need diff gaskets as the diffs don`t leak there . The leak from the stock X-rings .

Any of you guys running the Mamba Max Pro? The chassis layout is pretty tight so I'm wondering if it fits well.

Photocycler: I'm bummed that I missed the 4mod races. I forgot they start early on Sat and showed up at 6 to check out the scene. I caught the last mod truck race. Great atmosphere at PRCR!

Cool Question...

What's up guys. I am just leaving the short coarse scene and
Debating between the 410 2010 spec or the 410r. More towards the spec. Need some pros and cons. Thanks...

post 2847, been running it since day one. it took over 2 hours to get the layout right, but no issues at all. the pics should cut your layout time down quite a bit though.

Thanks for the layout pics. Big Tekin fan but had some temping issues with my RS in the B44, alleviated by a fan (Like the one I saw in Aldo's store last week). But had been thinking about putting a MMP in it but wasn't sure it would squeeze in there..

I have seen REAPER (on this thread) use construction paper, an exacto, and a whole helluva nothing-else-to-do but to make some paper gaskets. Dialed!
