Didn't someone post that 5x8 and 7x3 washers to shim the diff? I re-built my spare diff last night a new diff housing made it tighten up so it wasn't as loose.

how many runs are your diffs leaking after? I got about 6 packs through mine and nothing yet...Ive been waiting for it to start

Mine never leaked until I went down to 7/3 fluids .

3 packs. I ran a pack through it the other day, but I didn't notice any leaks. I did use fresh o-rings (Durango), it was freezing out, and I ran 10/5.

I want to try some of these rings next time I rebuild diffs. Grape does MHOR have any in there shop?

The HPI P5 rings are supposed to be better also. Mine just came in and I will give them a try and let you guys know. $1 a pack-can't beat that.
Also, my RC8 diffs used to leak as well. I started using a natural wheel bearing grease (that came in a can) from advance auto to grease the orings first. After that, no more leaks.

Negative, got mine from another source , but I did try ordering them through the shop, we'll see if they show up today. Getting parts from Kyosho is the biggest pain in the ass sometimes. I still have a few left..had two packs of them but a gave some to David, Danger and Sam....
