Did you use the Durango loctite? That stuff is crap. I used it during assembly and I've had a couple of ball studs come loose, and the slipper loosened up on me. Other than that, I haven't had a single issue.

Use the blue loctite like the Associated ones or others that carry blue. I used it when I built mine and nothing came loose.

Lamar, how did the slipper loosen when there is a set screw on the nut to prevent this?

The TD loctite allowed the set screw to come loose. The slipper nut managed to slide down to just about the very last thread. Fortunately, no damage was done.
