Loosening the slipper helps a lot too. Durango's setting must be set for astroturf or something, because the only time I noticed it slipping was on concrete.

edit:

I'm going to be taking apart my CVDs when I install the dust boots, what's the best way to remove old threadlock?

Just sit the tip of your soldering iron on the grub for 5 seconds to soften it up. Drop of nail polish remover or paint stripper removes it but don't get it on your other plastics. (methylene chloride)

What is the smallest receiver Spektrum sells and the smallest ESC Tekin has ever made! You might want to get both of those. I dunno really because I run Futaba and Novak. I lucked out getting those things in there. They would not have fit if I did not find that Timmy Tweaks carbon radio tray.
These cars are tight but there are not that tight. Your RS ESC is the size of a Quarter. So you'll have room for just about rx you could find. The RS isnt some oversized Novak JANK thing like Danger likes.....

You know, that is a good question. I will check this out on my car and report back. I couldn't find this info in the manual or on the setup sheets, but comparing my 410R to a 410 2009 car here at the shop the 410R appears to have 0 or 1 deg toe WITH the 1 deg rear hubs.

The 2009 410 looks like 3 deg. It looks drastically different. I need to find out what the deal is.

FYI-the arm mounts do not change the toe on this car. The arm mounts only change anti-squat and roll center.

Just measured my 410R and I've got 3 deg each side with the stock hubs.

Yep, I run these as well. They are pretty light. I really like them. Plenty of punch for LRP 7.5. I have had them since April and they have held up well.

I'm running a venom 4500mah 50c pack in the 'rango.

I use a 5000mah 50c in my t4 and a 5000mah 40c in my B4. I've had zero issues with any of the venom stuff.

Anyone have issues with the servo saver loosening itself? I had to locktite mine to keep them from loosening and breaking.

FWIW I was running 3 practice laps (22 seconds each) and a 6 minute race and putting around 1800 mah back into my packs. I was running a 7.5 as well.

I have been reading quite a bit about this and is there a major difference between the r and the regular model? Is it worth buying it for those who have it? Anyone wish they got the r instead or vice versa?
