Can't believe that there isn't a US distributor yet... With all the 4wd guys these days, you could probably sell whatever you can get!

I'm definitely interested in seeing how 2 gear diff handle.. I suppose from mod point of view its probably pretty nice... seems pretty easy to swap out diff and have both gear and ball at the ready.

After watching their little teaser video (R/C Porno.. with appropriate music, lol), I'm pretty impressed. Can't wait to get my hands on one. Guess I need a life!

Team Xtreme still doesn't have a U.S. distributor and it's been a couple years they've been trying. And that basic design has been in production racing for like a decade and is WELL race proven. The Durango has been a prototype for practically a decade, and only a production model for what, a month? I doubt they'll get a U.S. distributor anytime soon.... I don't know if there is even a single Durango in the U.S. yet.

Not that I don't want them to, because I plan on ordering one immediately Monday, I'm just saying that if a proven company can't get one, I doubt an unproven company will.

I think most americans enjoy having cars that break, or something along those lines. They'd rather buy a cheap ass 400 dollar car made of pressed pig crap, and 5 complete sets of spares for it, and sometimes even an entire spare car, rather than buying an expensive car, and a handful of spares. They don't understand that by buying an expensive, durable car they're actually saving money in the long run.

I've ran countless packs through my X11, that granted cost me a ton of money at first, but since I got the car a year ago, I haven't broken anything. Well I did strip a spur gear, but it was my fault. I bought 16 extra arms (the car has 8 total), and quite a few other spares, and haven't needed 1 yet except the spur because I got what I paid for, a high quality car that performs great and doesn't break every time it lands hard or rolls over.

People here don't want to pay 700 for 1 car, no matter how much money it will save them in the long run, no matter how well it will outperform that 400 dollar car. If it doesn't say AE, Losi, Traxxas, or HPI on it, americans don't want it. Ironic.

When this car is released, we need to get out there and race and destroy the competition to show them what non-cookie cutter car can do, and start talking some LHSs into carrying it.

You know, it's really stupid that no stores here want to carry it, downright asinine. We all know that a lot of people in the U.S. are going to buy this car. I know 3 plus myself, and I don't know many people to begin with. Many of you will, many of you know many others who will. We will all need cars and spares, and we will all end up convicing others to buy this car as well, and they will need cars and spares. What will happen? We will ALL have to order this stuff from Europe or China, and NO american will ever see a single dollar from it, and we will all have to pay massive shipping charges and wait weeks for our shipments.

If I had the money and time to start up a third business, I'd become a U.S. dealer for them, because it's a hell of an opportunity to make some good money, because I would have the entire U.S. market for this car. Every customer would come to me, and me alone, unless they wanted to pay way more overseas of course. Think about it

I hope to have it some time next week... fingers crossed.

Will you perhaps be running one in Mexico in the not too distant future?
