Yep, How good does it look!

I'm loving the idea of the gear diffs from racing 1/8 a fair bit, and the fact that it doesn't have Associated shocks. Looks likes it's better quality than the Associated too.

You know you want one...

Shhh, well they are sick looking machines, but the old gear diffs and the heavy duty build on the car probably wont suit stock racing, i got my eyes on a different machine

I was thinking the same thing. This car unfortunatley seems pretty limited to a mod motor. Fine with me cuz I like mod. But I can only assume most don't. Just speculating. Who really knows.

Just spoke with Team Durango.

The second version of the DEX410 will be the DEX410R. It will have ball diffs instead of gear as stated before, but will still have the same aluminum chassis, not the rumored composite plastic chassis. They alluded to the fact that this version wouldn't come with all the option parts the original will come with (roll bars, droops, etc.). They also said there is no expected release date yet, and I didn't get a price.

As for the DEX410, they will begin filling pre-orders "within the next 2 weeks". Of course, who knows how long it will be between the time they take an order and the time they actually ship. Also, it will not be discontinued when the DEX410R is released, they will continue producing the original.

Still no U.S. distributor.
