yea….Like I said I love my Durangos but I have a feeling I'll be running Hot Bodies eventually as I don't expect too much new development from Durango.

No more v4 I was swapping between the saddle/center diff (v5) and shorty/motor Dual slipper setup (v5.2). I prefer the center diff and saddles. The car is very stable, balanced and just handles awesome. The other setup was lighter but the car was to nimble for me. I run the bulldog B44.2 body. Below was the early V5.2 design. Might be better with the center diff.

Isn't TD about to refresh their entire fleet?

Seems like they are . Discontinue the "older" version. So no one buys it before they can release the "updated" version.

I had a blast running this car tonight, just love the mid air response. I use the square batteries and really enjoy their performance.

What motor you run? I'm considering getting another one of these buggies. Class is finally growing at the local track as a 13.5/blinky...

Yes 1/8th scales mainly from what I've heard. Possibly updates in their short course trucks also. But I doubt any 1/10th buggy updates..

I know for a fact they're always trying new things. I think they're currently working more on the 2wd but we've seen some prototype parts on the 410 in the past so I bet guys like Travis are continuing the development on those.

I had a 10.5 in it, and am now running a 8.5, which is plenty and controllable. I had a 13.5 in it and had problems with heat. You really need a 10.5 in these for performance. I think TD might use the 1/8 scale buggy as a basis for a new Desc410! Kinda like what Tekno did, and look at the success that brought them, brilliant!!

Anybody ever try standing their saddles up on end, straddling the rear drive shaft? It might add a little more weight in the rear with out having to add the brass weight.
