Default dex410v4 shock build

I'm building my shocks and for some odd reason the plastic shock collar part that you screw onto the shock body to adjust shock tension is really hard to slip onto the body, I managed to force one up to the threads but screwing up into position is near impossible. Did I miss something because of all the kits I have built I have never see something this tight. I should be able to adjust this with two fingers not a a crescent wrench.

Just curious if anyone else with a 410V4 has problems with excessive drive chain chatter and full steering lock. Mine is really bad.

All versions do that. You could upgrade to the U joints. They will be better than the cvds, but even then there is still some chatter.

They are not dry at all. Also I noticed the slipper has a lot of back/forth/up/down play. Shimmed it up a bit and it's not wobbly anymore. The cvds are not dry. It is so bad that when I try to c
Turn a corner at low speed the front of the car starts hoping off if the surface if the carpet I am testing it on. Inside if both front rims are trashed as well. Starting to regret this purchase. Low speed steering just causes the car to lock up completely.

Ran my dex410 this first time this weekend, came in 3rd of 6 and I believe i was the only non b44 lol
But I also didn't have any tires other than medium calipers on a hard packed track...

Afterwards i drove it to clean it off some and flipped and somehow cracked the front shock tower...should I go for the stock one again or try a different brand?

So what upgrades can I try to make this driveshaft somewhat decent when the servo is set full throw?

Maybe post some close up pics so we can see if something looks misaligned?

Seems doubtful that a bearing would be shot so soon.

Have you pulled out the diffs and checked the drives for binding?
