What are common parts that should be ordered as spares with this kit? I have read about the front outer suspension holder, can someone give a part number for it, and what else is needed?

Also, what motor is best for a smallish track? Was leaning towards a 10.5.

Lastly, what is the limitation on height for a Lipo? I have Venom 6300mah saddle packs, but not sure if they will fit.

As with every kit just get things that are prone to breakage. Hubs, steering knuckles, the odd suspension components etc... The car is tough so you wont break much if you drive well. the a-arms are indestructible. The only thing you really need is the front outer susp holder in aluminum. But in general doesnt hurt to have things for back up. I came off a triple with a zx5 and we both landed on eachother and I had to replace a steering knuckle and c-hub. so far thats all Ive broken. You mal also want to look into getting the rear bulk head supports in aluminum as well.

Has anyone measured the offsets of these wheels compared to AE or Losi? Grapejuice?? I want to know if I have options . . .

Never measured but I use losi wheels with no fitment issues. I read somewhere that the AE front wheels don't fit well because of the offset.

If Im not mistaken, I think the rango front wheels have a deeper fitting for the front wheel adapters. I tried fitting some 501x front wheels, which are the same as the losi fronts and it didnt work out. The fit wasnt all that.

In the rear different story.

I measured the width using losi wheels front and back compared to the Durango wheels and they were the same. If there was a difference it was 1mm or less each way

You can run the AE wheels. For the rears just cut the pin shorter to fit in the wheel. For the fronts take the gold drive hex off. Then get 4 front wheel crush spacers for the 410R and put 2 on each side then use a Hot Bodies hex hub or AE B44. That's what I did and the spacing is correct.

Great! This is exactly what I want to hear. Losi wheels it is! Looking on Oople it appears to me that early DEX410 prototype has a lot of Losi parts on it . . .
