I believed the same thing at one time, but noting where the wear was on mine, it was actually from the sun gear face touching the pins..
Happy to see that it has helped fix your issue

Which of the bodies out now has the most room in it ? Especially around the electronics ?

I'm looking at Digital Scales, Can some of you post race weights of your 410s? a description/pic is good too if possible.

Thanks!

It seems really close and I plan to try this since I have a 210. I will post pics soon.

The Jconcepts "finisher" body has a lot of room over the electronics.

EKT your site is awesome used it so many times.

@ 13Maschine

My 410 rtr with saddle packs is 1730g with a carbon chassis alloy side pods and rear skid wieght.

@ wittyname

The Proline bulldog is alot bigger than the stock ones but the Jconcept looks bigger again.

Question for the 410 veterans.

How can I tell if I have 17 Deg or 19 Deg castor blocks ?

I picked my car up second hand and it has a lot of aftermarket stuff added so I am guessing it has 19 Deg as it turns well.

It dosent have 21 written on it only the "Team Durango" which the 17 and 19 deg ones have but the colour is lighter like the 19 Deg one.

Can I measure the angle is that obvious answer?

The car is a 410 V3 which would of come with 17deg ones stock correct

Pic of my hubs

The 17° hubs are not marked, the 19° and 21° are clearly marked on the backside, opposite side of the team Durango logo, and cannot be mistaken for the others..

Basically all the bodies but the original from back in 2009 have similar amounts of room.

As for the color of the caster blocks, they're all hard anodized, and due to the nature of the process the result is very sensitive to the material, so batch to batch of recycled aluminum will be slightly different. I've got a very high end paintball marker all hard ano'ed and every piece is a bit different in color even though it was all anodized in the same batch (and I guess they got 1 too many complaints dispite always pointing that out so the color has been discontinued making mine very limited and rare ) Back on topic, For all those special people with v4's, is the dual slipper worth the money?

Thanks flame looks like I have 17 deg ones, I find the car steers really well with the 17's and the 21 Deg hubs will give more steering any downsides to the 21's over the 17's?

Has anyone tried using the DESC410 chassis?

http://www.team-durango.com/part-inf...artNo=TD320043

I also wonder if this makes it easy to use the center diff with the DEX410….

The DESC410 chassis would make the vehicle too long
