Default indoor driving (carpet)

heyy, I have been driving outdoors on astro, grass, tarmac etc for a while now, and my friend has a new track which is indoors on carpet, he invited me along and has given me three pairs of schumacher minipins (yellows/soft), and I don't know whether to stick with ribs or to get a set of front minipins. any advise is appreciated.

so to sum it up:

what are better on carpet for a front 2wd buggy? ribs or minipins? I already have back minipins.

thanks

Depends on the type of carpet. I tend to find the mini pins up front way too crazy. I would recommend Schumacher stagger front rib tires (in Yellow). Regular ribs will push too much. Also if you find the yellow rears wear too fast you can try them in Blue which I find had 90% of the traction of yellows but last a lot longer! But again, it depends on the type of carpet. Our indoor carpet track uses a real burly carpet (youtube "fastcats" if you want to see our track)
