Default help with Nitro Spindle Conversion

sorry if this question has been beatin death but...i need help.
i have a vxl rustler, and ive been reading about the conversion. but it seems to me that all the, how to threads are done with an older rustler, like this one
http://www.freewebs.com/projektrc/nitrospindle.htm
ok i have the alum castor blocks http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...632X&search=Go
and the 1.5 rear carriers http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXWJR8&P=7
finaly my question. does the vxl all ready have some of the hardware needed for this? can i use my alum castor blocks? and for the rear i can just buy the a-arms and thats it? also will rpm rear nitro a-arms also have the toe in?
thanks bob
