Default motor

hey guys,
i looking for a motor that will get my car around 40 mph without breaking the bank (preferably brushed)
im 14 so you can imagine i dont have alot of $

just a good bashing motor

What kind of ESC and batteries are you using? Also what car? These would all help with the recommendation of a motor.

novak has some decent stuff. i guess the havok is good. if you want an uncontrollable vehicle, castle creations came out with a 9000kv un sensored motor. maybe try 80+ mph with that.

my car is a xxt-cr graphite plus.
the esc is a tekin speedstar

For bashing I have always liked a 19 single they are fairly inexpensive. If thats not enough you could always go down from there. I believe that ESC will go down to a 10T.

I would see if you can find a high end 19-turn such as the Trinity Komodo Dragon Pro or the Team Orion Element. I would not go below 15 turns with that esc because it is so old and the motors these days make a ton more power then they did when that esc came out.
