Man they are coming out with some cool stuff for the slash. Breakaway panels just like the CORR trucks....SWEEET!

Wow... I have been thinking about doing that with mine for months now. I figured people would think it was a dumb idea... maybe not!

More realistic but not what I am looking for. Maybe its just me. I want my rc to fall apart or things to fall off it as little as possible.

Now all we need is a shock collar so the drivers can actually feel pain when they hack someone like the fullscale do!

It's a cool idea for about 5 seconds, then you realize picking up the damn fenders after every run sucks R/C is becoming all about the gimmicks these days and we all keep going for it...

Might suck for you, but it wouldn't bother me. Yes, it's a gimmick, but it adds more to the truck for me as I'm sure it will for others too. It's just another option for a body if that's what you're into.

well it is a cool idea.. probably would be cool to have on a small indoor track where you did not have to walk very far to pick up the dang fenders

I am with you on this one. Cool for one run but can you just imagine 20 guys on a track searching for their fenders after one race... It would be chaos all over the place. Very cool to see and make videos for advertising but I think it would get real old real fast. Cool though.

....and since it's made from .060 lexan it's going to weigh a ton, using some weird fastners, and at $42 a pop I'm not too sure about the whole deal

Perfect!
We need that for all classes, with increasing shock values

Default Slash Body

I like the idea. But don't think I will pay nearly 1/4 of the truck cost for a body.

Whatever , I hope it stays with traxxas and doesn't infect the rest of the CORR trucks that are coming out.
