This really blows not being able to follow along with the results. I hope whatever issues that are between SRS and Brandon get settled FOR THE GOOD OF THE HOBBY!!!

Anyone know if Travis is running the D2?

Paul, thanks for keeping us updated.

Travis change his 2WD as he change a T-Shirt...but I suppose, by changing his 2WD like that, it's perhaps to get the max experience posible from the other chassis...and to improve the Futur D2 (? )

Not sure...

Congrats to Ryan Maifield for overall TQ in Mod Truck and Mod 2wd. RM is rocking the new JConcepts Bar Codes front and rear in both classes

Also congrats to all team JConcepts attending the Cactus this year!

Unfortunately, I know way more about this than I should, and it's really childish. That's why our hobby will always stay below a scrabble tournament in the rest of the world's eyes, we just can't get over ourselves.

There will be some people pissed at me for saying this, and it's.... case in point!
It just seems to me you would want as many people waching as possible to help promote the hobby and the local track it is held at. Not sure why this is happened.

You're forgetting that the Cactus has become a "Spectacle" that has been going on for over 20 years and captured the attention of the world before liverc was created.
CASE IN POINT!
I'm sure the Cactus will continue to be a "Spectacle" event for years to come with or without liverc.

It seems to me that the only people that visit liverc are people already in the hobby. Name for me one person you know of that found liverc surfing the net and then got into the hobby after watching a race on their computer on liverc.

It would enjoy watching the Cactus no matter who is enabling the remote viewing. Heck I would even settle for a security web camera at this point!!!

However the more people that see it and think, "wow I am going there next year" The better it will be for the track and in turn the hobby.

Has there ever been a year when the race didnt sell out?
If it sells out every year how is it going to be better for the track and hobby?
