Default newb battery charging ?

i have a 4600 pack and was wondering how many amps i should charge it at? its not a matched pack or anyhting just a sport type for beating around my backyard, thanks for any help

what type of batt? lipo? nimh? nicad?

I'd say about 5 Amps

i normally charge anywhere from 5 to 6

For bashing 4-5 amps. more amps gives more power, but lower amps gives more runtime and makes the battery last longer overall.
