Default tekin RS question

im running it in my b4 right now and doesnt feel smooth nor has punch, the gearing is right and i have a 10.5

im not familiar with some of the features on the hotwire so can someone shoot me in the right direction.

Hey man Try talking to rob he might be able to help. I was looking into buying the rs as well after hearing good things about it online. But when i started to ask around at the track people told me it was not so good. lets hope we can make a profile that would work at LIR

try puting it in sensored only mode, that should help

also, make sure that the ampdraw is at its maximum.

thats what i have it on, here are my current settings:

Drag Brake: off
Reverse Strenght: off
Brake Strenght: 52
Neutral Width: 50
Motor Type: BL-FW
Throttle Profile: 2
Voltage Cutoff: 7.060
Push Control: off
Timing Advance: min
Current Limit: off
Sensored Only (unchecked) disabled

also i heard about this update they have like the 183/189 version, how can i get that, i cant find it anywhere

try turning up your timing adavance to arounf 60 or 70 and also change your throttle profile to profile 4 i am running much more timing and profile 4 plus my neutral width is 0 or off give this a try

183 you should be able to get off of the tekin site. 189 isn't publically available yet but you can get it if you email randy pike. I dont know what version rob is running but the 189 with the boost feature definitely made it better when I am running the slower motors.

With the version you have I would put the timing all the way up and probably gear at a 24-25 depending on the track.

...just get the sphere..its the best speed control out there and it will make you faster...

and what should i have it at?

wats the difference between the boost and the timing?
