Default looking for paddle tires for 1/8 buggy

Hey guys,

I haven't been able to find these for my 1/8 buggies.
Looks like they make paddles for everything smalller, and for the big monster trucks.

Is there a tire company that could make me a custom set ?

Appreciate any info, thx,

dave www.rc-builds.com

Yeah, the ones Proline have are way to big, there for monster trucks and maybe Truggies.

I just bought a pair, and there HUGE. Sent them back.

Sorry I don't have the part number and...Yes they are AMAZING tires and it looks like I got lucky when I found a set at C2 Hobbies...That were probably on the shelves for years... They are called Slingshots... Ebay would be the only option at this point. I'm not selling mine anytime soon... Good luck!!!

I know that OFNA at one time made sand paddles, and yeah so did Pro-Line.
I myself am looking for 2 sets of these tires. Any help would be awsome.

Seems like now would be a good time for these companies to resurrect the 1/8 buggy paddle tire. Owners with Buggies, Buggy Short Course conversions, Slashes/Slayers with 17mm hex hub conversions and SC8's would comprize a growing customer base for these tires.

I could use a set myself!

Did you guys find the part number? I was at my LHS looking around at tires and noticed at least 2 pairs of paddles at least in the buggy section. I remembered you guys were looking for some.
The tags says:

1/8 Slingshot Paddle Tire
9019
Fits 1/8 front or rear wheel
Part # 9019-00

$21.00

They are not the huge truggy ones. These are buggy paddles.

I talked to Proline, and they said they would have to do a run of 250 to 500 tires for them to do any.

He was going to get back with me on a price, but I never heard back.

Every hobby shop I called said they get people asking for them, so it does seem like there is more of a demand these days.

Since a couple people want them I was thinking maybe a ebay auction would be best. Hey PM me with your idea. I'll have to see if I can find more pairs of them. I only saw 1 at first then came the 2nd set.
