what spare parts do I need for, e-Losi 8ight 2.0

Hey Guys,

I just got a Losi 8ight 2.0 electric going, it's my first 1/8 buggy, and just love it!

I like to keep well stocked on spare parts.

What spare parts do you recommend to get ?

Appreciate your help, since I don't know what's prone to get broke or wear out on this buggy yet.
I plan to do some traveling with it, so I want to be covered really good.

Thx,

First off.. post some pics of that converted 2.0...

For spares... well I think it goes without saying, suspension arms all the way around, steering knuckles, and steering rack. Since you're running electric have a set of pinion and spurs with varying numbers teeth so you can tune the car. Once you find a combo you like stock up on a few extra spur gears. That should cover you for fun at the track.

Hi,

thx for the info.

I've been running a Losi 1/10 buggy for a while and i have at least two of everything for spares.

I can't believe how strong these 1/8 scale are.
I really missed up by not trying these years ago. I've gone thru a ton of parts on 1/10 buggy.

Here's a couple of pics for you.
Doug posted a bunch of them in the 1/8 converstion thread a few days back.

Very well done! The 1/8's are amazing durable these days considering the speed and mass behind them. 1/10's are fragile, but still a lot of fun, especially running brushless. Not sure why anyone would run nitro 1/10 any more.
