Default Associated T4 set-up help

I have a T4 comming from a trade. I have always been a 4wd guy (Also gonna get a Lazer sooner or later) I have seen some 2wd trucks handle awesome and some always handle like crap. By handling I mean ass end spinning out. I just want to know what you guys do to help this from happening. Set-ups will be good.
Gonna be running a gtb, havent yet decided what motor yet, at 1st a 10.5. And this time of year we run on carpet.
Thanks

I've been messing w/ the slipper adjustment and training my throttle finger to take it easy. The T4 is a great truck though, if you manage to keep the throttle under control it'll accelerate straight every time.

throttle and tires are the biggest thing to help the truck handle well....

Also a good smooth diff along with finger control makes a world of difference.
