Default If You Had to run Brushed...

...And you have a losi xxx cr with a novak GTS
I.Y.O. what would be the best 27t and/or 19t brushed motors for offroad racing? (The maintainance isn't a problem..for now.)

The motors RB posted are great 19t motors, but for stock 27t motors the Trinty CO27 is one of the best ones out there.

Klen420-
If your running with Guys running 17.5's then a 27turn will be great. Either the Reedy Stock Star or Trinity CO27
In buggy I like Reedy 767 brushes and Reds on Both Sides Spring wise.

If your running with guys running 13.5's then I would run a 19 turn.
CheckPoint Money Motor
Orion Element
Peak Dynasty(Same Motor as above just with Peak On it)
Trinity Komodo

Goodluck and have fun.

I have to agree. I have used quite a few brands and I found these to be the quickest easily.

add another for 19t money motor, i have checkpoint and fantom version. for stock i run a co27 with ball bearings. I figure if brushless can have bearings i can too!

Right now i still drive faster with brushed system, i've tried a couple brushless system and my lap times increased. It seams they all have a little lag compared to brushed, sensored or not. I also run lipo so powerwise there is no difference.
