Hi there. On a T3 we usually do what they call 5-7 teeth over the wind.Meaning if it's a 12 turn motor you would gear 5-7 teeth OVER 12.So like a 17-19 is fine.Your running a 16 which is fine.Long lasting and the comm will last.
On stocks try a 17-18 on most motor's and motor's that are torquey like a P2K or a Orion Core/Peak Hellfire maybe even try a 19.

36 degree motor's having more timing usually have a higher RPM than 24 degree motor's.The powerband is later in the RPM I have found with most of them.Good all around motor's.Not aloud at some tracks for racing following Roar Rules but great for bashing or practice.
