Questions about the RC10B4 RS RTR!!!
So I’m thinking about getting back into r/c….I was considering starting small and getting an RC18T, but then figured, if I decide to get back into racing, none of the gear will really carry over if I decide to get a 1/10th. Besides, there are no 1/18th scale class races around here. Any how….
So how fast the RC10B4 RS RTR out of the box? I’m talking bone stock with what it comes with from Tower Hobbies. Any pointers or good ideas for upgrades? Thanks!

It goes fast enough for anyone just getting back into it! THe electrics are not A-Grade, but then, they won't hold back anyone who's getting their skills back (or for the first time).
Even the bog-standard B4 RS is still a heck of a car compared to most other cars out there.
I got a 2nd hand RS and have just upgraded a few bits as I go. More expensive in the long run if you want to upgrade it towards something more like an FT, but if you do the upgrades as you get better, the pain on your wallet is watered down!

yeah the b4 out of the box is definately fast enough. Just dont the buggy hard because within 10 runs, the motor is shot and its a non rebuildable motor so you may as well pick up an extra motor that is rebuildable when you buy the buggy.
