Default Can anyone I.D. this vintage RC?

Alright fells now I have no idea what car this is all I know is that its and offroad electric and it is old.

It is my buddies and he wants to see if he has anything nice on his hands..

I thinks I see a transmission similar to that of a tamiya blackfoot..

Any clues??

It is a Yokomo YZ 834b dogfighter from the early 80's

Back when Losi was called RPS. I remember that car was on a display shelf inside the shop at the Ranch Pit shop.

that is the standard edition 834B, the RPS special edition had a different rear rollbar/shock tower and other goodies.

Certainly ot a standard 834 - as the standard 834 has mono shocks front and rear.

This one looks more likely to be a "wonder" dogfighter or a modified standard one.

More pics would make it easier.
