Most of the drivers at mt local track have done well with motors in the 5700kv rating. I friend of mine actually ran the mamba 5700 in his SBGV2 and it was plenty fast. I believe the Spektrum radio comes with their version of the JRz590m. This servo should be just fine for steering most 1/10 scale electric off road vehicles.

Good price. How big is the track at your LHS?
