Thomas, have you thought about using the gt2 front sub chassis instead of chopping off the b4 chassis? It will allow you to mount the carbon fiber chassis flush to the front sub chassis. You can still use the b4 front tower, bulkhead, arms and stuff. You just need the gt2 sub chassis, top plate, and the steering rack, which is a by far better and more reliable, and adjustable than the b4 unit.

aeRayls : oh yes..count on that m8 ...i have all GT2 parts for Version 2, with Flipped B44 tranny and centre bulkhead, for zero Torque steer.

2009 will that car come

Awesome. That's something I've thought about for a while, just dont have a way to cut the graphite accurately.

Yeh I know you say you used a dremel but what kind and what type of tip did you use? How did you countersink your screw holes?

the larger on of those 3. i think mine is little bigger then the one i mean. This is the one i use to cut out the chassi with rough.



To get the sides better,edges etc im using the "drum"



and some "tungsten" tools..

And your using your basic dremel? I guess you made outlines and went extremely slow? Haha. Great job. I dont know if I'm that handy with my dremel

im using a lowbudget replica of Dremel app 15$..using Dremel tools, drums etc, the ones i showed above

i have scratched out lines, but everything is handmade, and not sloow because of that...it took me a evning to do the most of the jobs...
