That really nice looking. Looks liek you did a great job on the craftsmanship. But my only question is... Why?

1: i like to make something of my own and i had a BJ4WE here @ home

2: Why do or use same stuff like 99.99% of all other drivers do?

3:my first impression of my homebuilt chassi perform better then the ones you can buy in the shop

Those are three extremely good reasons. I'm guessing you like the feel of 2wd? Where did you get the graphite to make the chassis? And did you use any special dremel or bansaw or something to cut it?

One of the reason i did chose to do this, is i like more 4wd then a regular 2wd...im not saying this is a 4wd, but it is close in handling ...i will never run a regular B4/cr

I bought them from fullforcerc.com

and only dremeling..

Looks good but I wonder how well it would work on a dirt track. So much of the weight has been moved forward it may be lacking rear traction.

The 9.0x11.875 sheet of 3mm is $58. I dont know how that compares but thats too much for me... If I needed a new chassis for my car I would just buy it, they are only like $45 now...

Thanks guys.

Im using the thiner 2.0 mm sheet form fullforcerc.com. little cheaper. To provent to much flex, im using a thick front topdeck. There is no need for 2.5 or 3mm..

Parts:

B4 front end, complete
B4 carbon chassi
Xtra screwz...
Carbonfibre sheets.

If ya running the B44 then you have it all there..the slipper is outperforming my BJ4 in the "easy to adjust" way.

It will be a Gen II after newyear..but i cant tell ya yet what parts will be used

Gliptal : I have no idea yet...but when i weight it in my hands, i still have a LOT of weight in the rear...but, who knows, we have to se...

Have you ever run this car on dirt? For carpet I can see where the traditional rear end weight is not needed. Do you get unequal steering due to the motor torque?
