ok i gave it a shot and it works! im just curious how much the dirt is gonna stick on the track. but here's what you do: take a drop of maple syrup and spread it around the tire with a tooth brush. if there's too much it looks glossy which means its no good(not sticky). if you put too much on take a paper towel and just wipe it off untill it looks just a little wet. wait about 3min. and its perfect! it feels just like zip free!

The guy who runs the parking lot races at my LHS uses a mixture of maple syrup and denatured alcohol in a sprayer to treat the entire track.

That`s commonly used for onroad , but doesn`t work that good in offroad as you just pick up the dust and dirt from the track .

just clean your tires with simple green and coat them with WD40 let them sit and wipe it off right before you run.

Not just any maple syrup, CANADIAN maple syrup. It's better on pancakes too.
