IMO, MIP Servo Tape is the best. It has never failed in any of my cars. Proper cleaning is important with any type of tape, wipe down both surfaces that will be connected with Isopropyl Alcohol.

Like stated earlier, MIP Servo Tape is hard to get lately, atleast around here, Nor Cal, so I went to Napa Auto and found 3M double sided Moulding Tape. It's Grey in color and came in two sizes that I saw. I choose the 1/2" width size and looks to be around 18" in total length. It comes on a roll and was around $5.00, not bad and it seems to have the same quality's as the MIP. I used it on my undertray (front and back) and was very difficult to get off when I needed to removed it. Thats a good thing! The 3m also removes like the MIP, it just peels off in one peice and left no film or residue at all.

3M exterior double sided mounting tape found at any hardware store. I've never had it come loose & when you want to take it off it comes off in one peice.

I usually use the 3m clear that can be had at walmart for about $3. As mentioned above it's the same thing that Parma sells for twice the price.

However, lately I've started using the industrial velcro that can be bought at Sam's Club in a 15' roll for $13. This stuff holds amazingly well. I've had some pretty rough wrecks and nothing goes anywhere. Plus when/if you need to remove it, it comes off clean.

loctite sells some double sided clear cushion tape that looks like the 3m that has twice the rated strenght, you can find it at walmart in the paint section. I think it's rated at 11lbs per inch. I reminds me of the novak tape but stronger.

+1 on the 3M gray mounting tape. Rated at like 22lb, no residue, sticks well, pulls off in one piece. Also, a life time supply for you and all your friends(HUGE roll) is $20 at staples.

I've tried them all! The clear 3M stuff works really great if you don't need it to work right away. For me it always seems to create a much stronger bond when it sits for awhile. Lately I've been playing with their Dual Lock stuff it is AWESOME!!! http://www.acehardware.com/product/i...ductId=2564271

I use the same grey 3M double sided tape but my brother gets huge rolls thru his work. Been using the same roll for years and I go thru alot of cars.

It is the same grey double sided tape that to install car accessories on the outside of cars.

It works great and has been the best stuff I have used for my R/C stuff in 20 plus years.

I was using the cheap hard to remove that all the LHS seem to stock until I bought a Novak ESC that came with some nice stuff. Loved it so much I ordered a pack of it.

I use 3M grey with the red backing that you can find at Target or Walmart. To hold down brushless capacitors I use Shoe Goo to hold it down.
