www.rc10talk.com is everything vintage (especially about the RC10 line). There are a ton of people there who can help you with just about everything.

Awesome, a good buddy of mine has a RC10T that he takes to the track to play with my B44. Thanks for posting that RC10 link, I'll definitely check it out and tell him to go there for more info too!

well the tear down happened today and to my surprise under about 10 layers of dirt and grease, the tranny is the white one and not the black like I originally thought.
Tomorrow I plan on stripping the old black paint off the frame and repainting it...haven't decided what color yet...
Also if someone has a spare pair of white front arms LMK...I have some black ones I'm not sure if they're RPM or Associated, but I want the original white ones...
Pics coming tomorrow!!!

those are AE front arms, unless someone on here has the white front arms, best bet is evilBay. I spent a few months to find a 10T with all the white parts still intact. I have it torn down, but have yet to clean it and rebuild it.

Our local track may have some. I got the white arms for the buggy and they have a few sets of those left. Give them a call, link is in my sig, and I will check when I am in there next.

interesting topic.

I have a friend who restored several RC10's
We even participated with one in a local off-road-endurance-race (6 houres driving) ... and won! from regular B4's , 4WD, trucks, ...

I'll try to post your data to this friend. he might be able to help you. He knows TONS about this beautifull car.

here's the update pics...still never found the white front arms...
Now just need to get a body for it...original RC10T bodies are way expensive now days so I might just go with a RC10T4 body...

Wow, those pictures bring back memories, I've had every RC10T starting with the T1 I bought from a friend for 50 bucks, the receiver and speed control together were the size of a 6000mah lipo! Good luck with the resto.
