Default HPI E-Firestorm

Whats your opinions of this particular electric off-roader.
Looking at both models (the standard and the Flux with a brushless setup).
Standard model is $399AU and for the flux with a 10T motor $460AU

I think it loos awesome in the video on their website. I used to be a huge HPI fan. I had several RS4s and RS4MTs and i still have this blinged version of the Micro RS4. anyway. yeah its nice looking, and a cool 2wd stadium type truck.

I have the Flux and it is a very good truck. It is very fast and it is very tough.

the regular one looks better, but the flux has a brilliant spec (CC sidewinder and 5700kv motor) and is SO fast!

My friend just got an E-firestorm RTR (not the flux, which I hear is incredible!!!) but he got one and we went up and tried VERY hard to break it....We couldn't and it was as fast as my modified (19T Challenger/2S Lipo) Slash.

I couldn't recommend it more...and everyone I talk to I tell them about the E-firestorm!!!!

Most opinions seem positive, check the other thread here for more info.

I switched the rear arms, replaced the shocks, & mounted cvds on it. Now, it performs identical to a t-4. Oh yeah, it's also much more durable.
