Allow Diff Fluid, as a TUNING OPTION (like shock oil) to be allowed in the Spec class.

It does come with fluid in the diff, but its pretty light...just like the shock oil. You change the shock oil to a heavier weight (as a tuning option), this should be allowed for the diff, also.

Diff fluid change should be allowed.

How about allowing non-Traxxas bearings? If not, for enforcement, can you tell if non-Traxxas bearings are being used?

Tuning options I'd like to see;

Radio/receiver
Any oil/grease
Shock caps
Pre-load
Camber/toe/etc
Body
Pinion/spur
Electrical connectors (Deans, Traxxas, etc.)

You ran pretty well in the heats, what happened in the main?

I started 4th in the main and got hacked-n-Slashed to the back, repeatedly...

I think I ended up 5th or something...didn't wanna look.

Hot rod was pretty good last night. slash is always fun, at least the 3 times ive raced/driven it.

I think the only things that should be allowed is
shock caps
pinion/spur
shock oil
diff fluid
reciever
whatever plugs you want/hardwire
whatever body as long as it fits the style
and have a minimum weight

I weighed mine last night...5 pounds, 3 ounces WITHOUT a battery. I don't get that 4.75# thing everyone has listed. I have 3-4 ounces of lead in it, but damn...

(I see you Ron...I'm tellin' your boss...)

I think everything sounds find except for the diff fluid. As a few people have mentioned already. Its a tuning option, not an upgrade. Just like the shock oil, etc etc. Its what a few bucks for a bottle of it. Some replacement parts themselves are a few bucks so.
