Ok so i have a t4 i just gave to my younger brother cause he has always wanted one and i thought it would be nice since i cant be into it at the moment new baby coming,Anyways it has the LRP A.I. brushless esc and eraser 13.5 turn motor.he was running it yesterday without any issues and he went to run it today and nothing.Servo is working and have power to the speed control but all its doing is blinking,it turns solid for just a second and when it does i give it gas and it just slightly jerks like it doesnt move but it clicks like it wants to go but cant.Any ideas whats causing this the motor is only been ran for maybe 2 hrs??????

Maybe the brush is hung up ? Check them.

Brushless means no brushes.

First I would reprogram the esc.

Second I would unplug the steering servo and then try (sometimes it can cause a problem).

Third I would take the motor out and try to spin the arm.

Finally send the esc in for repairs.

Sounds like a problem with the ESC. I would try resetting it to default and checking all connections. How is your battery? Fully charged? Is everything working with your transmitter? Check the batteries there as well. If nothing works call up the manufacturer for the esc and do some troubleshooting, they will exchange it for free. There has to be some sort warranty on the esc, it may be a limited warranty, yet still a warranty. If they exchange it and the problem persists, then try calling the manufacturer for the motor. Please post the solution so that in the future we may use this thread for tips.

I had a similar problem. I love R/C but me and brushed motors = never again. I didnt change the brushes, i just threw the motor out and got a new one. If i can fix the problem with an ESC so can anyone.

But see you dont get that i have no brushes,IM BRUSHLESS.

And to everyone else ima try and re program the speed control,If i give it gas it just blinks like its not registering any throttle movement being made.I have power to everything ill check the motor also.Cant imagine it would be that bad he only runs in on the street.
