I am running the Dynamite 5300mah 3S with the Losi 2100KV motor. Runs great for smaller indoor tracks. (130X60) if you call that small.

Thunder Power 5000mah 40c 4s pack for me. I'll probably never buy another brand of battery again. The TP packs are AWESOME!

As for the 2s questionl, you really need at least 3s. If you just want to use your 2s packs that you already have, you can make or buy a series connector and run 2x 2s packs.

Zippy is all you need......Why spend 150$ on a pack when you can get the exact same pack for 1/3 the price.

Because it's not the exact same pack, and I will never be convinced that it is. For most other brand name packs I would agree, but the Thunder Power packs are something special. I do agree that the zippy/turnigy packs are a great deal, but if you want the best you will have to pay for it. Thunder Power packs are the best I have ever seen or used.

They are not the same pack. I've heard with Zippy that it's a risky crapshoot that you wont get a defective pack. And if you do, the cost of shipping the pack to China cost more than the pack is worth.

Happy Turnigy user here

I've got 4 more packs on order.
(1) 5s
(1) 4s
(2) 2s

Best way to cut down on shipping, is to go in with a friend and order several batteries at once. The batteries are such a good value, I'm ok if I get a bad one every once in a while. (hasn't happened yet) Plus you can charge these at 2C (and I do.)

They're certainly a great value! My post was not intended to say they were bad, just that they aren't quite as good as TP packs. They will always be the best value lipo packs out there.

I would go 4S 1700 for thos tracks. The 140X70 would be a good 3S track though.

Losi has some 4S batteries. The newer versions will be out by the end of the month including the 4s 5000mah 40C.

I don't see any dynamite 4S batteries. The only reason I went with the Dynamite is they made a nice high mah 3S hard case. Losi will have a 4200mah 3S hard case soon.

yes they are the same pack....Just assembled in a different location if you will....we can argue all day about this but we know it wont get us anywhere....so lets leave it at the fact you like TP and i Like my zippy's....there everyone's happy.

A 6500 4S seems like a heavy lipo for a buggy. I like to keep my weight bias 50/50 left to right and a 500gm lipo is very close with the Losi conversion.
